Access.

NEW! Arrival at the check-in & out machine is possible from 12 a.m to 9 p.m.

Arrival.

Take the A3 Kitzingen/ Schwarzach highway exit and follow the signs towards Volkach. After approx. 3 km, turn right at the crossroads to Sommerach. At the entrance to the village, take the first left. Please park your camping vehicle in the waiting lane in front of the barrier.

ATM.

The nearest ATM is located at the Raiffeisenbank, Raiffeisenstraße 6 in Sommerach, only a 10-minute walk away.

Baby bathroom.

For our little guests there is a spacious bathroom including a changing table in both sanitary buildings. Please ask at reception for the key. In the large sanitary building there are further baby changing facilities in the corner showers.

Barbecue.

Barbecuing is permitted on your own pitch as long as it is not an open fire. Barbecuing may be prohibited in extremely dry conditions.

Barrier.

The barrier is closed from 10 p.m. to 7 a.m.

Beachvolleyball.

You will find the campsite's own beach volleyball court on the playground of the "small campsite".

Bicycle.

We offer our guests bicycles and e-bikes for hire at our reception.

Bread.

Summer season: fresh bread rolls daily from 8 a.m. without pre-ordering. Winter season: Monday to Saturday (excluded public holidays) with pre-order from 8 a.m.

Bus stop.

You can reach the nearest bus stop in Nordheimer Straße in about 5 minutes on foot. You can find the timetable here.

Canoe & Kayak

Our guests can hire our canoe and kayak during reception opening hours. During the vacations, we recommend booking the day before.

Camping accessoires.

Our guests can contact reception to exchange gas cylinders. You will also find further accessories. We are happy to lend you adapters for electricity, fresh water pipes or similar for a deposit.

Campsite regulation.

Check-In & Out maschine.

NEW! From November, check-in at the machine is possible daily from 12 a.m. to 9 p.m. Check-out (cashless - cards only) is possible from 7 a.m. to 11 a.m. at the machine. The machine is located next to the reception.

Disabled bathroom.

For our guests with disabilities, we have set up a particularly large separate bathroom in the large sanitary building. Please ask at reception for the key.

Doctor.

The medical on-call service can be reached on 116 117. The nearest GP is located at Raiffeisenstraße 11 in Sommerach. Telephone: +49 (0) 9381 2307

Dogs.

For many families, four-legged friends are an integral part of their camping vacation. We therefore offer two dog showers (no. 6 on the campsite plan) and, from the 2024 summer season, a dog bathing bay. We ask dog owners to be particularly considerate and to keep their dog on a lead at all times. Dog owners must dispose of any waste in the waste garbage can. A "dog fence" may be erected on your own be erected on the site. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate category 1 and 2 listed dogs. Area 1 (numbers 1 to 122) is reserved for our guests without dogs.

E-Bike.

Our bike rental also has e-bikes on offer!

Fire.

In the event of a fire, please call 112 immediately and get yourself and other guests to safety. Fire extinguishers can be found in every building and at regular intervals throughout the campsite. Please familiarize yourself with the nearest location on arrival.

Fishing.

Fishing from your own spot is permitted. We recommend that you book a place on the bank and inquire about a fishing license in good time. The nearest sales point for fishing licenses for our section of the Main is at Marktbreiterstraße 49 in Marktsteft (Bernd's Anglershop). Telephone: +49 (0) 9332 5929334. Please make sure you leave the spot clean!

Gas cylinder exchange.

The gas cylinder exchange is possible for: 5kg steel, 11 kg steel, 11 kg aluminum, as well as for Campinggaz 907 and 904, available at the reception.

Gym.

NEW! From the 2024 summer season, our fitness room with endurance and strength training equipment will be available daily from 10 a.m to 8 p.m.

Hiking & cycling maps.

Hiking and cycling maps of our region can be purchased at reception.

Mini golf.

Our mini golf course is open during reception opening hours. The equipment can be borrowed from reception for a deposit.

Opening hours.

NEW! Our campsite is now open all year round. Our reception opening hours vary seasonally and can always be found below.

Parking.

Our camping guests can park their car free of charge on their own pitch. Additional cars can be parked free of charge in the parking lot in front of the campsite.

Pedal boats.

Our guests can hire our pedal boats during reception opening hours. During the vacations, we recommend booking the day before.

Permanent Camping.

We offer winter, summer and year-round pitches. Fees and availability on request. We will be happy to make you an individual offer.

Playground.

For our little guests we have two playgrounds with slides, swings, pirate ship and much more. There is also another adventure playground at the entrance to the campsite.

Purchase.

You can shop in our small store in the reception, about 500 m away in the village store (Bäckerei Schmitt) or about 5 km away in Münsterschwarzach or Volkach.

Restaurant.

The restaurant at the campsite and in Sommerach offers a wide selection of Franconian and seasonal dishes.

Sanitärer Bereich.

The sanitary area is available to all guests around the clock. You will receive the free access cards at check-in. Please be considerate of our cleaning staff between 9 a.m and 2 p.m. Some areas may be closed at short notice during this time.

Shop.

In the reception you will find our small store with food, drinks, ice cream, gift and camping articles and delicious regional specialties. Including wine, sparkling wine, liqueur and spirits from Sommerach.

Sport.

Next to our campsite is the sports field of the local sports club. The main pitch is reserved for sporting events, while the secondary pitch is available for sports activities. There is also a baseball field next to it.

Stoning.

Our General Terms and Conditions. apply in the event of cancellation. We recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance in case you have to cancel at short notice.

Tourist information

You will find the tourist office in the Sommerach town hall at the local fountain. The address is: Kirchplatz 3 in Sommerach.

Washing maschines.

Washing machines and dryers can be found in the large sanitary building and can be used around the clock for a fee.

Waste.

You will find the waste disposal points at the entrances (no. 10 on the campsite map). Please help to protect our environment and separate your waste into paper, organic waste, packaging waste, residual waste and glass.
